Today it's Miami Beach....it's about 45 minutes away on a good day...a bit too far to leave Gracie in the RV so ...."Gracie's Going to Miami Beach!!!"
Gracie was enjoying the walk but the heat....29 degrees ...and humidity....about 85% humidity... seemed to be getting the better of her today.......it's like you just walked under a mister...
These loungers were in the city park...how cool is that!
After a really long drive home....GPS needs updating....we made it back out of the city...and back to the campsite....one day in the city if enough for us.
It rained on and off least night....and the skies are still unsettled...
It doesn't take long before we are full-on City driving again!!
We just love to see cruise ships in the harbours and man-oh-man these are BIG!!!
They are each a city in themselves!!!..
and then this....
Luckily it was really short lived and we got to enjoy the city.
We finally found parking....a typical issue in the city and no different here in Miami Beach....home to the "beautiful people" with more money than they know what to do with....so they buy yachts and beautiful homes..
Took a walk along the waterfront from the Marina.
I could get used to living like the rich...as long as I didn't have to sell my soul....
Lots of money here...
Not sure how it's all made....
Saw two young girls.....too much botox and too much plastic surgery...
...greeted by some "Pretty Play boys" escorting these young escorts onto their yachts...
and it saddened me...
We moved on to see this cute little dude plucking bugs out of the water...one by one....there were many little fish...but she wanted the bugs instead..

The streets were busy...the parks were busy....the beaches...busy...
And this is how you skateboard in Miami Beach!!
We knew it was going to be busy at the beach...it's a sunny Saturday and it's Cinco do Mayo...
Total gridlock on the road...but that just gives you time to "people watch" and that we did...
Drove further north to get away from the crowds and found a place to park and take a walk about.
Just one of the "little waterfront" places...
and then we came across 3 of these guys....two took off but one stayed around to pose...
And this guy further down the road...he had his own yacht...it was an old abandoned boat...I can just image how many of these were on there...
There were lots and lots of resorts along the way....with ......
....great water features to cool off a very very very hot dog!
