Well this is the last official day of our trip.... we will cross the border into Canada tomorrow morning.... Woke to sunny skies....it's super warm...a great day to travel but makes it hard to leave because there is still so much to do here...but we must go...our time is up. We have driven this way before so many times, but the scenery is still so beautiful. Grand Coulee Dam Our last night we are spending in Oroville, Washington, at the State Park, right across the border from Osoyoos....we are so close to Canada...we can almost taste it... Not sure who is consoling who.... Gracie says she loved the trip!   And after 3 months on the road.... and almost 21,000 km travelled... and 28 states visited....... This is literally all the USA money we have left...$1.60... Until we meet again..." WE LOVE YOU AMERICA!!!" The End.....of another Adventure....till the next one begins...

Well they said the weather was going to be super horrible today....rain....thunder and lightening... we planned on spending the day doing some shopping and maybe watching a movie in the RV.... Well they were wrong....went for a nice hike on Tubbs Hill And we just can't say "no" when Gracie asks to go for a swim....the water is freezing though...have no idea how these people can be in the water!!!  We have seen this house over the years....but the most recent owners.... have a different taste in garden art... .... We were lucky to have a really nice sunny day...followed by rain and thunder and lightening....they were right after all....just a little late...

A beautiful sunny day in our favourite place, it's supposed to get pretty hot today so thought we better go for a bike ride earlier than later. The bike path starts very close to the campsite and goes for about 6 miles alongside the lake through the University Grounds and Downtown...and it's all paved. We haven't rode bike as much as we would have liked....I was pooped after the last hill and then we still have to do the hills on the way back...33 km in total, but we made it.  There are so many cute little homes downtown Coeur d'Alene,  we would move in today to either one of these. The last big trip Gracie did not come on.....and even though she has "changed" how we do things...we wouldn't have it any other way...She has been so awesome!!! Wednesday afternoon in town is busy.   The Farmer's Market is downtown and then they have a Liveafterfive concert in the City Park.  It's amazing how many people ar...

Well it's a much better looking day out today...good enough for a bike ride.  We both just love Coeur d'Alene and their miles and miles of paved bike paths. There are paved bike paths along the river and the lake...just gorgeous. We are staying at a campsite right on the waterway and super close to all the bike riding. I thought this looked like Gracie...George not so much..Cute! Looks like George is feeling pretty happy right about now! Took Gracie downtown for a swim at the lake and walk downtown. We just love this town! It's one of our favourite spots in the USA that we have visited. And my favourite piece of artwork downtown
